HIPPA Joke

HIPPA, the Health Insurance Portability and Protection Act, is a useless piece of legislation championed by HR Clinton. It cost the US health care system more than 30 billion dollars to implement and costs over 10 billion dollars a year. It basically restricts information flow as Obama wants to put all health records on-line to increase information flow! Talk about yin and yang! Only our government can think of these things. Proof of the costs to come under socialized medicine. We will be posting more on medical issues in the near future, as well as exerpts from a book I have written and am now editing, called Mis-Managed Care. Here is a cute joke about HIPPA.
